Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on one heat pump system. During the evaluation I found there is come bacterial growth inside the air handler. Completing the evaluation I found everything else to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. I went over Solaris and its benefits with the customer. She is going to look the pamphlet over and give it some thought.
Upon my arrival I performed a 6 month checkup on one heat pump system. During the evaluation I found that the indoor unit is still in need of a chemical cleaning. All other operations are performing well at this time. Customer asked about the cleaning before starting the evaluation and would like the options emailed over.
Today I arrived and met with Dan. I verified concern of downstairs infinity alarming 41 blower fault. The date shown was from last November. I went through all diagnostic steps that carrier published and deemed no faults within system at this time, spoke with Dan about he findings and we’ve agreed to replace motor if the issue persists, they are trying to sell the home currently. With approval from Dan I also completed the evaluations today, began by verifying systems safety and its performance. I then flushed and treated the indoor water removal systems of both main house units and guest house.. While servicing the outdoor systems I cleaned the electrical cabinets and washed the units using water.

Upon my arrival, in Cedar Creek, for an AC evaluation, on one heat pump system. During the evaluation I found that the indoor air movement system is dirty and the outdoor start up amps were higher then manufacture recommended. I competed the evaluation finding everything else to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment. I then went over different repair options with the customers on both recommendations. Customer chose to go with HN1D and would like the options emailed over for the cleaning of the indoor air movement system. Performing the approved repair I replaced installed a performance enhancement system, replaced the voltage distribution system, voltage enhancement system, redid all wire terminals, rescued the wiring going to the refrigerant circulation pumping system, chemically washed the outdoor condenser coil, then performed a performance and safety testing.

I spoke with the customer about his different repair options. He chose to go with HN13C. I performed the repair replacing the voltage enhancement system, redoing wire terminals and installing a performance enhancement system. After completion of the repair I continued the evaluation. I found everything to be operating properly in both the performance and safety aspects of the equipment.
Upon my arrival in Smithville, for AC maintenance, I assessed the duct work and found several areas that are ripped and tore open. I also found growth inside the ducting. Customer wants quotes for replacing all the ducting ASAP.

Found system low voltage was intact, tested and verified all operations and I found the unit had a clogged drain line. Customer is going to be cleaning drain line and agreed to pay service charge.

I tested all functions of system, heating, cooling, auxiliary heating and defrost. System is fully operational and performs well, the air filter is dirty and recommended to be changed asap, the indoor unit could use a cleaning and the outdoor voltage enhancement system has been replaced today. Upon completion left system in auto mode.

I washed outdoor system using water, cleaned the electrical cabinet, flushed and treated drain at the indoor unit and verified all comfort control functions. Today I mentioned that the indoor system is ready to be cleaned as there are signs of bacteria and growth in air movement system. We spoke about Solaris and the options with cleaning. Moving forward we need to email estimates to her, and we will review next week. Upon departure left system in auto mode set for 72 heat and 82 cool.
Upon my arrival, in Cedar Creek, for an AC repair, I changed out compressor along with new Contactor, capacitor, wiring harness for compressor and added kick start kit. Also pulled and cleaned blower and cleaned out indoor coil. Patched up duct that was torn in attic and also installed new filter grill 25x20. When system was started up found bad TXV. Put in three window units for the time being until TXV is here. We found there were discrepancies within the pressures while the system was in cooling. I recovered off refrigerant pulled the refrigeration pressure control verified that it was not sealed shut. Purged the system several times with nitrogen. Installed a new filter dryer, pressure tested the system, and then brought the system back down to a proper vacuum. Once the proper vacuum was obtained and then recharge the system with 8 pounds of refrigerant and tested its operations. I found the system to be operating properly.
