Upon my arrival I performed the approved repairs. I removed the faulted air movement system, installed the new one, verified proper rotation and amp draw then performed a performance and safety testing on the system. I found that everything is operating within manufacture specifications at this time. It will take the system a few hours to get down to the desired temperature.
Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with the system not cooling. I performed my diagnostics and found that the indoor air movement system is faulted. I spoke with the customer about my findings and went over repair options. Customer chose HC6A and signed up for maintenance. Office will reach out to schedule return.
Upon my arrival I evaluated 1 heat pump system I verified system safety and performance is to manufacture specifications. Flushed and treated the water removal system. Cleaned the electrical cabinet and washed unit using water. Found pressures lower than normal. Recommend recommended adding refrigerant and was approved.

I cleared and treated the water removal system, washed the condenser coil with water, cleaned and treated the electrical cabinet as well as replacing the return filters while on site. I found that the system had a backed up water removal system. I spoke with the customer about my concerns and went over corrective actions. Customer approved to have the water removal. System cleared and treated today. They were not interested in the maintenance program at this time but did take a business card. I cleared the water removal system treated the water removal system tested the system and found everything is operating properly at this time. System is very aged and customers are now aware of that and are also aware of our free consultations.

Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Maintenance, Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their concerns with water leaking. I found that were the water removal system gone into the vent pipe in the attic is siliconed into the 2” vent pipe and start to leak past the silicone. I spoke with customer about my recommendations of cutting the section out and installing a 2” y with a 3/4 reducer to prevent this from happening anymore. Customer approved the repairs and signed up for maintenance today. Repair is scheduled between 12:00 & 4:00 pm 5/29/25.

Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Maintenance, Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about the concerns with the thermostat going blank and the noises from the outdoor system. Performing my diagnostics, I did find that the water removal system was backed up, causing the auxiliary float switch to trip which intern causes the thermostat to go blank. I removed the auxiliary float switch to allow power to the thermostat and tested the system and found the outdoor unit is operating is performing well and the noise they heard from the outdoor system was from a potential short cycle on the compressor. I also found some bacterial growth inside the air handler. I went over all my findings and repair options with the customer. Arrived in Cedar Creek for AC Repairs, Today I arrived and met with Mr miller, I investigated and verified his concerns. Found outdoor system had a short that caused a few areas of wire to burn, connectors melt etc. I have options to the customer and from there I was given approval for today’s repair. In customers original concern he had mentioned outdoor unit was shutting off at times and that’s when he found outdoor system not running, with that being said I explained that after this repair I’ll verify performance and safety however there might be an alternate cause other than the outdoor short. After repairs I began testing performance and safety and found system operating well pressures indicating hot house it’s possible indoor refrigerant pressure control valve may not be adjusting my properly WO-TNFR483792
