Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek, I performed The A/C cooling evaluation on system, found all components running and operating properly. I found that the system did not have any surge protection, a Reme halo uv air purification system, or a hard start kit. I highly recommend the hard start kit to help alleviate the stress on the refrigerant pumping station. The hardest part of a compressor’s life is during start up, the hard start kit would help with the lifespan of the system. Washed and waxed outdoor machine and replaced filter for client before leaving.

I expressed my concerns about the bacterial growth within the indoor unit. Client asked for the cleaning estimates be emailed over and also one for a Reme Halo uv air purification system.

Upon my arrival in Cedar Creek i performed HC18A on the A/C unit. Pulled the old squirrel cage and blower wheel. Installed the new ones then tested the system. Found that the temperature split was good and that the system is operating properly at this time.

I just completed a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation on a Carrier Comfort Series central air conditioning system. I measured the system's refrigerant charge and found it within the manufacturer's specified range. I also checked the compressor amperage and tested the contactors, capacitors, and other electrical components, all of which were operating within normal parameters. Additionally, I cleaned the condenser coil and inspected the indoor coil, confirming proper airflow and heat transfer. Based on my thorough testing, I can confirm the air conditioning system is currently functioning at peak efficiency and cooling performance.

Performed the cooling evaluation and found everything operating properly at this time. Found the system to be dirty and talked with the customer about her different options she asked about the Reme halo so I went over those options with her. She is very interested in them, but needs a couple months to save up for it. Please put a box on me to follow back up with her 3 to 4 months from now on these options. She is working on having the windows replaced in the home and wants to do that first.

Upon my arrival performed a HK2B and a HN13C. Performed a heat transfer media system cleaning added a safety water overflow switch and a p-trap. Replaced bad voltage enhancement system and the performance enhancement system. Checked operations and found equipment to be operating properly at this time, the system came down from 14.6 amps to 7.2A now that it’s working properly.

Upon my arrival I spoke with the customer about their different options and they chose to go with HH5E. Installed the new comfort control system, new voltage conversion system, added surge protection, redid all wire terminals and installed new inline fuse. Turned the system on to test and found that the outdoor was not coming on. After a series of tracing down wires I found that the outdoor voltage distribution system was faulted. Spoke with the customer about the repair and she chose to go with HD3A. Installed the new voltage distribution system and retested the system. Found that the system is operating properly at this time. Customer signed up on our maintenance program as well. WO-TNFR268667 WO-TNFR257428

Upon my arrival I found that the systems fuse was blown. I put my fuse popper on the system and proceeded to test it. When the system would not come on I checked the voltage at the transformer. I found that the transformer has 260 volts coming to it only rated for 230 volts. This caused the transformer to blow. I let the customer know I do not recommend going with a repair until she has and electrician come out and figure out why the voltage is so high coming on the system. I did inform her that once the problem is resolved and we do the repair that it is possible that some low voltage parts could have been effected by the high voltage. She asked if she would be able to have me return once she has the voltage issues resolved.

Upon my arrival performed cooling evaluation found that the voltage enhancement system is bad , system is still starting because of the performance enhancement system giving it enough power to start but the 5-1-2 relay is going bad on it would recommend the replacement of both of this components. System is also in need of a cleaning on the indoor air handler. Called husband he did not answer, called wife she was not ready to make a choose with out her husband. Please email estimate over.
